Why both chairs?

Eighty-one percent of HR professionals say workers with records perform as well or better than their peers (SHRM, 2021). And still the interviews go badly, because one side has never practiced saying the hard sentence and the other side has never practiced hearing it. Practicing the same conversation from both chairs is the whole idea. It is why this tool is named what it is named.
